CCS Model Ordering Nomenclature:
Example: 604G1, where 604 -
Describes the Pressure Switch Model;
G
- Describes the Gage Pressure Switch;
1 - Describes the Adjustment Set-Point Range.
I. Letter Designations of Model Numbers:
A - Absolute Pressure Switch
D - Differential Pressure Switch
F - Flow Switch
G - Gage Pressure Switch
P - Piston Pressure Switch
T - Temperature Switch
V - Vacuum Pressure Switch
The optional letter designation could be inserted after the last letter in
the model number.
Example: 604GF1, F - means
that instead of the standard O-Ring compound, the Ethylene
Propylene "O"- Ring will be used in Wetted Parts.
II. Letter Designations of Electrical Assemblies:
A. The standard CCS model Part Number equipped with Non -
Explosion Proof Electrical (SPDT) switching element does not require any letter.
Example: 604G1 - means
standard switch with
(SPDT) switching element.
B. The standard CCS model Part Number equipped with Non-
Explosion Proof Electrical (DPDT) switching elements uses "M" letter designation
that could be inserted after switch model number
Example: 604GM1 - means
standard switch with
(DPDT) switching elements.
C. The standard CCS model Part Number equipped with Explosion
Proof & Hermetically-Sealed Elect. Assy. (SPDT) switching element does not
require any letter.
Example: 646GE1 - means standard
switch with
(SPDT) Explosion proof switching element
D. The standard CCS model Part Number equipped with (DPDT)
Explosion Proof & Hermetically-Sealed Elect. Assy. uses "M" letter designation
that could be inserted after the optional "E" Explosion Proof &
Hermetically-Sealed Elect. Assy.
Example: 646GEM1, M

E. The standard CCS model Part Number equipped with (DBL.BRK)
Explosion Proof & Hermetically-Sealed Elect. Assy. uses "X" letter designation
that could be inserted after the optional "E" Explosion Proof &
Hermetically-Sealed Elect. Assy.
