Recommended CCS Lubricants.

Note: Custom Control Sensors plant is silicon lubricant (or its compound free).  We use only Castrol BRAYCO Grease and Oil product, which is chemically inert to virtually all chemicals and safe to use in direct contact with oxidants with a wide range of temperature from -60°F to + 600°F Degrees Fahrenheit. 

Type Description
BRAYCO-622 General purpose wide temperature range synthetic
- hydrocarbon base grease (-65°F to +350°F)
BRAYCO-660 General purpose wide temperature range synthetic
- polyester base grease (-65°F to +400°F)
BRAYCO-806 High temperature lubricating grease (Perfluorinated Polyether) Aircraft and Instrument Fuel and Oxidizer resistant(-60°F to +600°F)
BRAYCO-1625 Lubrication Oil, similar to BRAYCO 806 (-60°F to +600°F)
BRAYCO-LVP Vacuum grease (Microcote LVP) NLGI Grade 2 (-58°F to +550°F)
Note: BRAYCO lubricants are approved based on quality to be chemically inert to virtually all chemicals and safe to use in direct contact with oxidants with a wide range of temperatures from -60 to + 600°F
