General Requirements
Unless expressly excluded on the Purchase
Order, the general product assurance requirements apply to all orders, and
Seller's compliance to these requirements is subject to verification by Custom
Control Sensors. Suppliers must maintain a minimum rating of 70% based on
quantity accepted versus received and quantity received on time versus
delivered. There are three levels of acceptable performance: 1) Excellent (91% and
above), 2) Satisfactory (75% to 90%) and 3) Unsatisfactory (less than 75%). A rating of less than
75% requires improvement within the next two quarters of evaluation to remain on
the CCS Approved Supplier Listing. The Customer Approved Suppliers are exempt
from this requirement.
To assure conformance to all Purchase Order requirements, Seller flows down
applicable requirements to Seller's subtier sources, when Seller uses such
sources for procurement of products and/or services scheduled for delivery to
Custom Control Sensors.
Effective September 1, 2006 CCS PS#142 "Supplier Product Requirements and
Quality Rating System" (SQRS) apply. This process specification
establishes general and special product assurance requirements, which are part
of the Terms and Conditions on the Purchase Order. It is intended to clearly
define all requirements for the Seller to assure that all products delivered by
Seller on the Purchase Order conform to Buyer specified requirements for
quality, reliability and integrity.
