Subject: Quality System Audit
Dear Supplier, as you may know, ISO 9001:2000 and AS 9100:2004 Rev. B both require that we survey our vendors to maintain an up-to-date list of our approved vendors. We request that you please complete our annual self-audit and return it to us in order that we may meet these requirements.
