Providing Value, Quality, and Exceptional Customer Service Since 1958.

Who We Are

A world-class leader providing pressure, temperature, and flow sensing solutions across a wide range of essential industries.

Custom Control Sensors (CCS) was founded by an engineering visionary in 1958. From there, our founder started creating switch designs for the United States Air Force, spending countless hours on snap-disc technologies to improve the needs of his customers and their mission.

Today, CCS still holds true to the original Dual-Snap®, disc spring concept catering to aerospace, defense, and industrial markets across the globe.

Proven Success Starts With CCS

  • Doing business in 108 countries.
  • Shipping more than 6,320 types of products worldwide.
  • Serving over 3,500 customers.
  • Manufacturing tens of thousands of products annually.
  • Currently employing hundreds of dedicated workers, each bringing their unique approach and commitment to our customers and business needs.

What We Do

We pride ourselves on designing, developing, and producing high-reliability precision products, from switches to transducers and RTD temperature sensors. Our designs utilize proven and dependable Dual Snap® disc-spring, electronic solid-state sensing.  These devices provide our customers with superior solutions for pressure and temperature management.
