Industrial Temperature Switches
CCS temperature switches are mechanical instruments utilizing the Dual-Snap belleville design. They do not have any RTD and thermocouple. They are available with remote or direct mount option for a variety of hazardous and non-hazardous applications.
The 604T Series is a general purpose temperature switch with a stainless steel temperature probe and port fitting. It is constructed with an integral terminal box and switch design and easy set point adjustment. It is also easily mounted to bulkheads and UL certified with NEMA 4 and IP65 rating. It has high vibration and shock resistance utilizing Dual Snap® disc spring technology. Applications include nonhazardous environments such as:

The hazardous locations 646TE Series is a rugged, heavy duty temperature switch with a stainless steel temperature probe and port fitting. Similar to the 604 Series in design, the 646TE Series is rated to 15 Amps and UL/CSA explosion proof, Class I, Groups A, B, C and D, and Class II Groups E, F and G certified. It comes with high vibration and shock resistance utilizing Dual Snap® disc spring technology. Applications include:

The general purpose 6900T Series is the most popular, all-around temperature pressure switch with a stainless steel temperature probe and port fitting. It is designed with high vibration and shock resistance utilizing Dual Snap® disc spring technology ensuring high accuracy and repeatability. It comes with high over-temperature capabilities and still relatively compact in size to conveniently mount on panels. NEMA 4X and IP66 rating is optimum for wet conditions. It meets the demand for all applications commercial, industrial and otherwise. Applications for this particular product family include nonhazardous environments such as:
